Strength training and circular training take place with the use of a minimum of added weight, such as dumbbells, and we do not use machines that essentially isolate the path of movement.
On the contrary, we use all gymnastic equipment, such as horizontal bars, parallel bars, gymnastic rings or various jumping blocks, thanks to which our circular and strength training courses are different from most fitness centers.
We pay attention to the overall strengthening of the body in the entire range of movement, but also in the subsequent stretching at the end of the exercise class.
For fans of heavy weights, we also have several barbells which offer the opportunity to develop maximum strength in exercises such as squats, benches and deadlifts.
